Kevin Greene is an emerging New York based artist. With roots in documenting the fashion and recording industry, he is back after a hiatus. Continuing along his path of photographing fashion and the arts, his work has shifted to the human form. Primarily self-taught with a two-year stint at FIT, he has worked with and been influenced by artists such as his mentor Udo Spreitzenbarth as well as Richard Avedon and Lindsay Adler. His images embrace raw beauty and reveal reality as seen through the lens. Kevin’s aesthetic is evident when capturing the waves of emotions: joy, sadness, confidence and insecurities, almost as if they were a reflection of his own. Unraveling layers frame by frame.
